How do I book a system for my event?

If you know what equipment you would like to rent, then head over to our bookings page and fill out the details. We will get back to you via email or phone (your choice) to confirm the availability and provide a quote.

Is there a booking fee?

No booking fees!

Do I have to pay in advance?

We will send you an invoice that you may pay whenever you are ready. Payment must be received before equipment can be delivered. Payment upon delivery available for cash payments.

If I don't know what I need for my event, can you help me choose a setup?

Of course! Just contact us and tell us about your event and what you are looking for, we will be happy to work out the details with you.

Is there anything I am required to do on the day of delivery?

Yes we require someone to meet us who will show us where to set up.

What does the delivery service include?

A C&C Party Rentals employee will deliver the equipment to your event, set-up and test all of the equipment and can give brief instructions on how to use the equipment. They will then return after the event to take down and remove the equipment.

Is the equipment you rent professional quality?

Absolutely, we take pride in choosing the best quality equipment for the needs of our customers. We find too many AV companies rent out poor quality gear and we believe the quality of our equipment helps us stand out above the rest.

Do you cater to larger events?
